Training Policy Plan 2008
The Company will provide adequate resources to ensure that management and supervisory staff are kept up to date with legislative and statutory requirements as they affect the business, changing working practices and all other measures to ensure that the company maintain the highest standards at all levels of its activities.
The Company will provide adequate resources to support its training plans and thereby ensure that its employees are registered under the CISRS by the year 2010 but will work with and encourage its employees to achieve registration at an earlier date. The Company will take appropriate steps to ensure that all its employees will have received the level of health and safety training as required by the CISRS scheme during the year 2006 and to ensure that this level of training is maintained at regular intervals.
