This project entailed the development and refurbishment of a large industrial unit by Hantall Developments Limited, requiring segregation of a large industrial unit into smaller units.

Hantall Developments chose to use scaffold to segregate the units there by allowing a live business to run on one side whilst construction works were carried out on the other.
